should/can I lower it?

I got my tein s springs and rear spc camber kit sitting in my garage. i've been hesitating to install them because of my current rear setup.

I have a 19x10 +15 with a 275/40 tire. I had to do a little fender rolling to stop some rubbing.

Anyone have a current setup that is lowered? Would I be better and safer buying a 35 series tire than lowering it?
Thanks.

I would change the tires no matter what to a 275/35/19, but in that size and offset, with a good fender roll you should still clear with a drop and camber correction

*Hoping you would chime, thanks! I had the 40's sitting in my garage for a different car, that didn't work out. I checked out a tire calculator and saw that the 35's match OEM stats better. I guess I will look for another pair and sell these on eBay or something.*Thanks guys. More comments welcome.
