Tokico D-spec extension cables - in the coupe trunk?
The Creative Autoworks site says that the Tokico D-Spec extensions can be routed into the trunk area instead of the rear baby seat latch covers (I have a Sat antenna already replacing one of my seat latch covers):

"On your G35/ 350Z, you simply enlarge an already exsiting hole in the trunk liner and positioned {sic} the adjustment **** in a very accessible location. "
Has anyone tried this, and is anyone familiar with the installation approach?

I have mine going to the baby latch covers, I have never removed the trunk lining to see where they would poke through. If there is a place for it to go into the trunk this might be a easier spot to access them since climbing into the back seat can be a pain esp. if you are a bigger person...
