Help!!! How do I install spring isolators?

I just bought a set of energy suspension spring isolators for my 2004 sedan sitting on 350z h-techs....How do I install them? Do they go on the upper or lower spring???

Thanks....

Pull the rear upper spring seat out and slip the isolator on top of it and reinstall them both together, repeat on the other side.

If it works don't both uninstalling it. I just wouldn't have thought it would have installed that way. Having those tabs at the top keep the upper seat in place isn't a issue in the suspension's operation. It's just a extra step in the install process where you simply push the upper seat in place vs it being held in place for you by the tabs.
