Quick Braking Question
Had my mechanic install Racingbrake OEM BBK, mated with PBR DP pads. I noticed a bit of brake pad squeal so I picked up a tube of Synthetic Brake Caliper grease and attempted to take the pads off. I've never worked on brakes before.
After putting it back together, I noticed vibration at moderate speeds when braking.
Rotors are new, pads are new, so the rotors are not warped b/c there was no vibration previous to me taking it apart last night.
What could have caused this? Overtightening of the caliper bolt? something else?
Thanks.

I had a mysterious brake vibration appear after a particularly hot lapping session at Watkins Glen last summer and the first thing the "experts "said was "Warped rotors!" I asked one of the older instructors what he thought and he said to get a can of Brake Clean, and wipe down the rotors. I did, and the vibration disappeared.
