Rusted rotors

any how to remove front rotor articles? If I remove my wheel, then dismantle and take off front caliper, will it go back on easy over the rotor or will it decompress and have to get a special piston tool to push it back in. Do i tape off the area where the brake pad goes around on the rotor? Obviously i dont have to paint the rear, since no one sees. How long does it take to dry?

-unbolt that caliper
-set the caliper up in the wheel well where it wont fall off
-slide the rotor off
- put the caliper back on
-do what ever you have to do with the rotor and then put everything back on.
-when putting the pads in you may have push the caliper piston back in just a hair.
- to do so just take a towel wrap the caliper so you dont scratch it. use the brake pad on the inside and squeze the piston back into the whole just a little bit not all the way. You can squeez it all teh way back in, but you do not need to.
