How to install swaybars?

hey guys! any one know how to install sway bars?
Coz i recently bought some hotchskis sway from derek and i wanna install it my self to save some $$$. is it easy? what other stuff do i need for the install? what grease do i need?

**I found this at the hotchkis site

its pretty easy hardest part for the rear is getting it around the exhaust. Other than that it's pretty cake

did you use aftermarket endlinks? coz my car is not lowered yet so i think the stock endlinks is still ok for now?
what grease did you use?

I forget what grease i used. But no i still have stock endlinks.

you dont experience any creaking? from the stock endlinks?
