loose front end

Well today and yesterday i was driving, the ground was wet. I feel like my front end is completely lose when i drive on the parkway. Around town and what not is fine, the tires are practically brand new. but today and last night while on the parkway it almost felt like i didnt even have a front sway bar. the car felt all over the road, was this caused by the rain? Its not like it was a heavy down pour by any means. as soon as i got off and drove around the town roads the car felt fine. It was almost like "crab walking" it felt like. Recently had an alignment/lowered/rims/new tires put on, but im sure i would have felt this before, as it doesnt happen in the dry.

Twice actually... Your title, and then the repeat in the thread. What is there to contribute? You either don't know how to drive in the rain, or whatever work you just had done was shoddy and you need to go get it checked out.

Whens the last time you had a wheel alignment? Have you checked your sway bar endlinks?

wheel alignment was done 2 weeks ago, i have the spec sheet everything is perfect. Sway bar endlinks were replaces with power grids a month ago. And do AboostedG, im pretty sure a ball joint could be an issue here, im merely looking for people who have possibly had the same problem. RWD is new to me as a DD, me 240's ive only tracked them and this is pretty much the first time ive had my G in the rain, so yea its new to me. The work that was done isnt shoddy so i know its not that. So there is something to contribute, you just dont have anything except smart remarks, Id appreciate it if you took them elsewhere if you are not going to help, thanks.
thanks hi-tech. I just took this out for a spin, it stopped raining and the roads are definetly more clear, seems like it may have been from the rain. god this car blows over 60 in the rain lol

LoL, no need to get your panties in a twist. Guess you can't take subtle sarcasm.

Was your VDC on or off? What settings do you have your Stillen Sways set on? That may be a factor.

Check your stillen sways, there's been like 5 or 6 cases of them snapping latley. If that's the case you better hope you kept the receipt or they won't stand behind their product.

haha im not gettin all twisted up, just serious about this, i get a little too serious with the car sometimes, my bad =/. VDC was off, and the stillens are set on hard/hard with the powergrid endlinks. like i said i just took it for a spin and it felt rock solid again on the road.

i dunno if im just being paranoid or what, but the damn steering is so sensitive i move the wheel like 1/8 of an inch and it makes a difference on the road, i think it may just me hitting little bumps in the road and moving the wheel. damn coil overs!

your tires probably just needs to be broken in a little more. check tire pressure too. should be 35-37psi cold.

CreativeDesignZ even if ur front swaybar was completely disconnected u shouldn't feel the car doing that, even in the rain. It sounds like the tires are defective, meaning there is some bubbling that is possibly taking place on the inside part of the rim. Go underneath the car and see if the tire sits evenly on the rim within that 360 degree radius. This is usually common with worn out low profile tires but u might have defective tires. Get them checked out.
