2005 G35 AT 55k miles brake vibration
My brakes have caused vibration for a while but it is getting really bad. I guess I need new front rotors but I definitely don't want the stock rotors cause I don't want them vibrating again. Can someone recommend some good rotors that aren't too expensive, but won't be vibrating again in 20-30k miles? Should I also replace the pads when I get new rotors? Right now there is plenty of material left on the pads I have.

I have the same problem with my '05 AT.
You should be able to just resurface the rotors at least once. Also, when resurfacing or changing the rotors you should swap out your pads.
I have heard of some getting away with keeping their pads, but it will increase the liklihood of re-warping or messing up the rotors again.

Disc vibration....gets old!
Before you go out and drop a wad of cash on new discs have your OEM units
trued, then any time you have your wheels removed/installed make sure they
use a torq wrench set at 80# for install. Impact guns are the cause (one of them) of
disc warping due to inconsistent over tightening.

Ok, thanks I will have them resurfaced and replace the pads. I am happy with the performance of the OEM pads, but is there another type I should check out? I thought about the EBC Green pads. I have used those on my motorcycle and they wear very very fast though. Are they the same on the G?

Before resurfacing your rotors read this article and give it a try. I did and it worked for me. I'm very incline over the mythical part of "warped" disks.

Yeah, I never believed the "Warped rotor" thing either because my father has always said it was build up (like that article says). However I bought the car at 40k miles and I don't drive it that aggressively. But one time I was just slowing from about 110mph to 60mph and it vibrated really bad. Ever since then it has gotten a little worse. If I am going 80 and moderately apply the brakes I get vibration, I can let off and reapply and it stops. I guess I will try some new brake pads and scrub the rotors with garnet paper and bed them in to see if that helps. I once had this problem on a mustang and I had the rotors turned and sanded the pads and the problem went away never to return.
