About to put on 06 coupe sport suspension - just making sure before i put on...
I know the faq says coupe suspension will provide around a .5" drop all around, and that the front will be slightly higher than the back, but I just want to confirm what will happen with my exact setup:
04 non-sport sedan, and putting on 06 sport coupe suspension. Does it matter that the new suspension (shocks + springs) are from a sport model coupe, and if so in what ways will it be better/different than a conventional coupe suspension?
Am I looking at the same drop (from what I've read about .8" in the back and .5 in the front)?
Is the only way to reduce the disparity between f and r adding revised Z front springs? And do these work well with the coupe shocks? Or would I want Z front shocks to go with springs if I switch up?
Thanks in advance, I tried doing searches for the specific questions but got way, way too many results regardless of attempts to filter.

It doesn't really lower more in the front vs rear from what I read. It's the fact that your rear fenderwell is lower so it appears that the front isn't as low as the rear. I'll have to go out and actually measure my Z front / Coupe rear suspended G sedan to confirm. Problem is my rear/front tire dia are diff so that will skew things.

Or did you mean if he had the sport, just change out the springs?

Using the coupe springs will give you a .5" drop up front and about a .8" out back. That's the setup I ran for about 6 months. I then added the Z springs up front and dropped the nose an additional .5". I'd suggest doing the Z springs up front because it really does look a lot better. I've also got the Aero bumper and I don't scrap coming out of driveways, over speed bumps, etc. The nose really isn't that low plus the G has very little front overhang which gives it more of an entry/departure angle than most cars.

Got the fronts on today, the rear bolts were too tight so we're gonna give it a shot in the morning (in case the bolts break and I need to get new ones during the day).
Car already handles a little tighter and looks decent, but I probably will be putting the z springs on at some point
QUESTION: for just the front z springs, with the coupe shocks, does unrevised or revised matter? I know the rear shocks and/or springs cause issues with sedans, but would unrevised front springs be ok? Thanks for all the help so far
