Solid VDC, ABS, and SLIP light on

i changed my brake pads and put on 20mm spacers today. after 1hr my ABS, VDC, and SLIP light came on and it was solid. i checked if my VDC was disabled and it was. i didn't check my ABS, but i am sure it is not working also. what went wrong?

A low brake fluid level in the master cylinder will cause the symptoms you describe. It's the first obvious thing to check, and if it's the problem, the all the lights should go out after a few minutes of driving.
