I need help- can't push down brake pedal

ok here is what im talking about,,,would this affect it

When i took it off there was pressure inside the hose...

Yeah, so it wouldn't be that, theres a valve right there under that green cap, it also says dont exceed 1psi....when i took it off pressure came out!

ok i Just went to start the car with my foot on the pedal...and nothing....still stuck...would the MC go out just like that???

It's for the emissions system. One end goes to the evap canister in the back, one end goes to a sensor bolted to the plenum.

Sensor is one way, you would get a check engine light if the vacuum side was disconnected. It shouldn't affect brake system, but I would put it back on if it's off.

No, everything is back on and reconnected. But that was the only thing i changed when i got home and then my brakes wouldn't depress when i went to leave!
