if you lower your car, you'll need a camber and toe adjustment kit

Technically, excessive camber does not eat away your tires like excessive toe does. All camber does is give you uneven tire wear.

What is recomended for the rear?

Both camber arms and camber toe bolts, or just the Camber arms, or just the camber toe bolts???

Camber arms:

Camber and toe are two completely different things and are adjusted differently. There is no single bolt to turn to adjust both at the same time. With that said, rear camber is usually adjusted with an arm like the one you posted, while toe is adjusted by a bolt like the one you posted.

You will need both the toe and camber kits for the rears... and although the front toe is already adjustable from the factory, you would want still want both camber and toe adjustment kits for the front. If you've only dropped the front by an inch and a half or less, I wouldn't say the front kits are required (just better to have).

And quite honestly, I would not trust that camber adjustment bar in that ebay link...
