What's a "Hydraulic E" and how did it break?

SRLY, the only thing I can think of would be a "Line Lock" like the drag racers use. Hold the brake, and flip the switch to lock the brakes (front or back) down.

It's basically "hand break". So it respond faster and better when u pull the hand break. I know some of the drifters out there use this. It's a modification on the hand break. Does any one have this? I know it's a long shot. Insted of the cable line for the hand break it's hydraulic.

snake oil.

replacing the cable operated hand e brake to hydraulic will do absolutly nothing to quicken response and would likely do the opposite.
