Most brand new pads [just as brand new tires] are quiet when brand new! Report back after 5k and 10k.

I always chuckle when owners tout new aftermarket components as quiet.

 

I've been doing the chuckle since I've changed them out....dust is gone and the touchy problem is gone. The pads are guaranteed to not squeal, so IF they do start I will change them out again, its a quick no brainer J-O-B,

Not to mention the stock pads have been documented as having multiple issues, see the TSB if you need more info.

 

Where is the TSB? Brand new brakes and squeeking, OEM Infiniti PAD/ROTORS and the rear's almost all the time squeek when backing up..
