Question for those who lowered their cars

I just have a general question about avoiding scrapes. I recently went to a shopping mall parking lot, which was underground, so basically once you reach the building, it goes straight down so it's kinda steep. I kinda scraped the middle part of the car, it sounded like metal scraping but I can't go down sideways like i do with bumps cuz there wasn't enough space. How do you guys do it?

If it's that narrow and that steep, all you can really do is avoid it unfortunately.

I actually had a trick that I do on my lower 300zx TT. I would use the e brake and torque the car with the throttle so the front end would raise a bit. This only helps when you need the front end of the car to raise a bit.

But I would only do this when I couldn't avoid that place.
