Which Motive Bleeder Did You Have the Best Luck With?

I'm planning on buying a Motive pressure bleeder system for my car and truck, but I'm a little curious as to how well the 1101 system fits on a G35 Brake Fluid/MC Reservoir. If the 1101 fits a G35 well and holds pressure well, I'll just buy that... but if not, I'll order the 1107 fitting separately to go with the full 1101 universal package(for my Tacoma).

For those of you that have the Motive Bleeding system, which adapter do you use and find works best on your G35 Coupes with minimal leakage... 1101 or 1107?

I have the 1101 and it fits well. It's a little tricky at first to get it on where it is sealed but no problems and you get a hang of it afterward (not like you'll use it too often). I used it on my Altima and G35C with no issues. Make sure you put teflon tape on the brass connection that joins the two vinyl tubes together.

Does the connection leak without it?

It lost pressure while i was air testing it before bleeding my brakes, so I put some teflon. Perhaps if I tightened it some more it may not have, but the connections are brass to brass with no gaskets of any sort so I figured it wouldn't seal well regardless.

Leak + fluid = huge uncontrollable mess. I switched to a vacuum type. It's faster

Got any recommendations on a particular vacuum bleeder? I was initially thinking about doing a vacuum one instead of a pressure bleeder, but most people seem to say the Motive Pressure system is a lot easier and faster, assuming you can get it to seal properly at the Master Cylinder/Brake Fluid Reservoir without leaking.

i used the 1107 fitting.. worked perfect

i did use teflon tape wrapped around the treaded fitting to prevent a minor leak... worked like a charm

I used the 0107 Motive and it worked great. I'll be using it again next week for my new brake setup. +1 on the Teflon, that stuff should be used on all pipe fittings though.
