Need help with brake repair

I wanted to know if there is anything that I need to know before I change my brakes and rotors ( 2007 G35 non Brembo). I'm not exactly mechanically inclined but I’ve changed brakes and rotors before. Is it pretty much like most other cars? I'm going to change the brake pads all the way around and the back rotors. Also any suggestions on cheaply priced rotors and/or pads that are good quality?

front: 22mm for bracket, 14mm for slides
rear: 19 for bracket, 14mm for slides

you will need large channel lock pliers or a c clamp (use old pad in between) to compress the caliper pistons.
if you are reusing the hardware, clean it up nice with a wire brush (like you would use on a grill)
brake cleaner (brakleen) is your friend
use petroleum-free grease for the slides (rubber-safe)
if shims arent bonded to pads, put grease between them and pad.

All the above advice is excellent. I try to buy merchandise from our sponsors on MARKETPLACE or my favorite place for parts is Riverside Infiniti. Tony gives the Driver members great discounts on parts 1-800-919-8130....check him out. I believe he carries Hawk HP pads too, not sure about project Mu pads. Which ever you buy make sure you do the bed/break in process so you won't have issues with brake noise....Search under pad break in....

Just buy the oem pads. Not much dust but retains the world class stopping power. Not sure why anyone would consider a non-oem pad with this setup.

You sure you actually need new rotors vs needing them turned?

ebay has this seller from circle infiniti in NJ. east long branch maybe. He has pads for like 75 bucks. and i think oem seems to be the best for me. The rotors. Any where.

my brembo pads made a TON of dust

my wheels were black in a week

with the pmu NS pads the stopping force is the same and there is no dust at all
