I think if the car is your DD and you do not drive aggressively and generally just roll down the street theres no need for hawk. However if you drive fast/stop fast, ever go to the track this is where the hawks would be beneficial.
The G is a relatively sporty car and I would assume a lot are driven as such in that case I'd be getting hawks (which I am).
