Akebonos Painted???

Has anyone bought Akebonos and painted/powder coated. If so, please comment and better yet post some pics.

Lots of people on the G37 forums have pc'ed their Akebonos.........just do a search. I should have mine back from pc'ing in a couple of weeks!!

I was thinking of doing mine red, I just don't wanna have to bleed them again hahaha.

I know it's been discussed before, but what's the benefits of getting them powdercoated? Y not just get them painted regularly?

I just sent my kit over to Mike the Powdercoater to get PC'd. Real good guy and the members from myG37 seem to be really happy with his work!

I should have them back and installed in a couple of weeks. Ill post pics then!

Right now... I'm having him PC them glossy black with Akebono lettering in white... Mike is sending me some other color samples.. so my scheme may change

Who is Mike? Sounds like someone I want to get in contact with. How much is a set of 4 calipers running?

Just got mine back. Did gloss black with Akebono in silver. I shipped them to him on a Thursday and got them back the following Tuesday. He did a great job and I highly recommend him. I paid $350 + shipping. Well worth it. Now I just need those 2 piece rotors from CZP!
