Advice on caliper color for new BBK on a DG Coupe...

I bought a new BBK, and need advice on colors for the calipers - I'm in a Diamond Graphite coupe, OE Rays (soon to be Work). I love red, but everyone has it - a classic no doubt. I've thought about royal blue, and yellow. Any advice, feedback and/or pics of your DG coupe/sedan +bbk would be welcome - I couldn't find any photos of a yellow caliper/dg coupe or I would have posted. June's Modified Mag has a 99' Skyline painted in PPG Gunmetal Gray with some Royal Blue Brembos (I'd post a pic but it's copyrighted).

i have a dg coupe that i just did candy red paint with custome air brushing. I really like it because its stealth. you cant really tell its air brushed tell you get up on it. and in the sun it looks pretty crazy!!!! I like the way your thinking everyone has red but it looks the best so think hard with your new work wheels your going to see lots of the breaks its going to look awesome for sure!

I bet the candy red looks awesome! I'm sending mine to have them powder coated with some airbrushing too. I'm stoked to see how they'll look - nwillia I'd love to see a pic of your calipers on the car... ps What's up neighbor!

I'm going white with red lettering on my BBK. Might be a bitch to keep clean and sharp, but it will be different, I don't see too many white BBKs (maybe for a reason ).

Contrasting colours are those opposite each other on the colour wheel (i think IIRC) so if you can find out from a panel shop what the primary colours that make up DG are ( you'd be suprised) , then you could pick a contrast to suit.

red is WAYYY too played out. Go for blue would look sick. A royal blue or baby blue

yellow = rice, except on ferraris

I 100% agree with you triple X but red looks the best!!! I have had many cars over the years and I always painted my stuff(red, white, blue, black, silver). this time i went with a candy red to change it up just a bit. but in the end there still red. and I really 100% agree with you that only a ferrari should have yellow.

^^ don't get me wrong red is definitely still hot, ESPECIALLY candy red. I just like to be different so that's why I suggested blue. Baby blue ftw d:-O
