you can get to foot pounds by multiplying by 12. most of the in-lb torque wrenches i've seen go up to 240 in-lbs (20 ft-lbs), so max that out then hand tighten it a bit more.

honestly, you can tighten these bolts without a torque wrench. just don't go crazy and you'll be fine.

Yeah I thought about using my in-lb wrench, but I think it only goes up to 120 in-lbs....I can just borrow one from my buddy though.

I just kept thinking of the people who snapped the bolts while installing their plenum spacers without a torque wrench haha. But you're right, I shouldn't have a problem with these bolts.

There seems to be a white clip holding on to the ac lines on the drivers side. Can I just remove it since it's in the way?

Edit: Nevermind, the clip isn't a problem anymore. But there's a brass colored? line on both sides that's in the way....did people just bend it?

got a pic? i'm drawing a blank on a brass colored line. IIRC, there should only be one thick and one thin AC line (both aluminum) in that area.

Finally! Lol

It was the thin AC line that was in the way, but I managed to slip the base of the bar under it. Passenger side was a lot easier to put on. Putting the nuts back on was kinda a pain too since there isn't much room and I was scared of dropping them, lol.

Went for a quick test drive and I can definitely tell the difference, pretty cool! I didn't think the difference would be this noticeable, since most people get it just for looks, but I'm happy with my purchase. Now I can't wait to pick up a set of the Motordyne sways once they're released . Thanks for the help bigc .
