Stock springs on my car (04 g35 6mt) is 314f/342r

Initial rate on the Eibach is 296f/316r final rate is 337f/421r

The springs I am most likely going to try next are the RSR for the 350. They would drop the car approximately 1.2" with a linear rate of 345f/417r

The revised 350z spring actually has a higher rear spring rate than any of these (427) so I am still going to use the stock shocks. They have been working well so far with the Eibachs.
Thanks for the reply.

Right now, I've been researching all the spring options, spring rates and all that and I think I've given up on trying to match my oem sport tuned suspension rates of 314f/427r. I'm just going to pick a spring and be done with it.

Since you bought the 350Z Pro Kits, which are rated at a -1.0" drop all around, would you agree that all 350z springs, if installed on a G35 Coupe adds an extra -0.5" drop to the advertised 350z drop? So, you're dropped a total of -1.5" all around. I look how this looks!!!

I'm asking because I'm really leaning towards purchasing SWIFT Sport Springs (Linear). The SWIFT G35 advertised drop is -1.0"f/-0.6"r with spring rates of 280f/314r. The SWIFT 350z advertised drop is -0.8"f/-0.6"r with spring rates of 336f/364r, should actually be -1.3"f/-1.1"r when installed on the G35 Coupe. (this drop should be very close to the 350z Pro Kit drop) I'm leaning to wards the SWIFT 350z Sport Springs. No one else seems to have this set up, so I might just take the jump!

I would say no one has them because they are a softer spring. You will increase body roll and it would have a negative effect on the handling of the car IMO.

I would say the 350 pro kit dropped me about 1.5 inches. Here are some more recent pictures... These are with 25mm spacers front and rear.

I was able to get back in spec with just the rear camber arms. Did not need a front camber kit or the rear toe bolts. From what I have heard though it is different for different cars. I would suggest getting the springs, installing them, ride around for a week or 2 and let them settle. Go to Firestone, pay for a lifetime alignment, and see how close they can get it. From that point you can decide what you need to get everything back in spec. Purchase/install those items and them go back to Firestone for another alignment. Think I paid $120 for the lifetime alignment and have had it aligned 3 times already in the past 6 months. First time after springs settled, second time after I installed the camber arm, third time after it was icy here in NC and the roads were terrible, just to make sure it didnt knock anything out of spec.
