You said you could adjust camber more negative to match the other side, how do you do that?
With the SPC, you would adjust the arms. This is all going to have to be done on the car since you dont have much negative camber on the left side to begin with. If you just max the arms out and have the shop set the toe, you'll be at -0.25 on the left and -0.66 on the right... that would not be ideal for any type of handling, even on a daily driver. I would have the shop set the front camber to -1.0 on both sides. Or -0.7 if you're that worried about tire wear.

Once again, it's all done by the top nut on the SPC arms. The tech will have to push or pull on the knuckle to get the desired amount of positive or negative camber.

Cool, I have a SPC rear camber kit and he was able to -1.00 on each side. It would make me feel better to have the front within a normal range too.

Would you align a car with wheel spacers installed? I don't think it would change anything if I decide to buy them after an alignment.

Wheel spacer do NOT change the geometry of the suspension. You can add them or remove them after an alignment and not worry about anything.

+1

I don't know where the idea that SPC is the best came from?... its relatively inexpensive, but far from best.

350Evo are probably the best = very light and quality built... SPL are not bad (I've had V1 and now V-2)... both are a better choice than SPC...

Cusco are a decent choice as well (but I favor 350EVO, then SPL).

I dont know if any of the vendors here have the SPL V2's yet, i'm sure anyone who has advertised the V1 can get the V2.

Precision Z does

are your compression rods bad?... If so just get the bushing ($20) and have 'em pressed in ($30 or so)... and no point getting both, if only one side is making noise (its usually driver side)

It's not the noise that bothers me. It's the rumbling I feel through the gas pedal area with every imperfection in the road.

that could be a number of things... low-pro tires could cause that, lowed suspension... I'm not familiar with your car so I dont know what wheel/tire or suspension you are running...

have you already diagnosed the compression rod bushing as being bad? Is that why you are considering replacement? In any event, it can be fixed for about $50 - $60...

Back to front upper a-arms, SPC's do cost more but there's not another set on the market that will give you that much adjust ability needed for our G35s when lowered. Buy the right a-arms or suffer with poor handling and tire wear, your choice! Have you noticed the price of quality tires....Ouch!
