NEED ADVICE; any help would greatly be appreciated!

I've decided i want to drop my car which is currently at stock height on sport suspension and OEM 19s (tires: 245/35 front & 255/40 rear).
After researching on the forum, i've narrowed it down to either these 2 setups:

350z s-techs (w/ spacers all around, probably 25mm?)

or

350z Eibach prokit (w/ spacers all around; 25mm).

Now my concern is with my current tire set-up, will i rub if i drop on either of these setups?

Also, can anybody verify for me the drop amount for each set-up? Correct me if i'm wrong, the z s-techs will lower me 1.2front/0.9 rear and the prokits will lower me 1.5 front/ 1.5 rear?

My ideal drop would look something like these:

of the two setups mentioned above, which would you recommend to achieve this look?

Thanks in advance guys, really appreciate it.

s techs if you want the above drop..

You shouldn't rub.. I ran 25 mm spacer on the stock 18's which put me at a +5 offset, I had a 245 back there and I was way lower than the above and it never ever rubbed.

Your rear with a 25mm spacer will be at a +8 offset with a 255 tire.. you will be close but I doubt you'll rub. Especially because you'll be sitting higher than I was.

Thanks for the reply.

okay so now if I were to choose s-techs, should I go with g s-techs or 350z s-techs? I know that the z-tech lowers your car more, but by how much? would it be significant enough to choose the z stechs instead?

also I've heard that z-stechs lowers your car unevenly? where the rear sits higher? the g-stechs won't have that same problem?
