I ended up going with the f2's in the standard 12k / 8k setting and you are right these things go low!!! I'm tucking the rears and still have an inch to go and have the fronts pretty low and i still have another inch and half.

Again thxs for the help.

How do you find the handling on the Function and Forms?

great thread! thanks for the info glex and all you other guys.

im looking at bc type br for my g37 and was debating spring rates. my main goal is to get rid of my body roll at the track while not killing myself on the street since i drive 20k miles/year. i think ive decided that 14/12 is the way to go since i can always swap springs cheaper than revalving if i want to go softer.

-waits for dre's body roll jokes-

FYI, with the BC 10/8k springs. I commented on how the 10/8 feels stiff and uncomfortable being on 20 clicks from soft.

Anyway, after finally installing my trunk dampening extenders, I decide to try 10 clicks from soft on all four....I tell ya, the comfort is almost like OEM again but still sense the increase in firmness. I wouldn't recommend having this setting on really aggressive wheels and low ride heights though.

Basically, I'm beginning to be one of those satisfied BC coils owner.

^ on the extenders, it's just a rubber tube that goes over the dampening **** correct? If so i think i'm gonna go to home depot to find one that fits snug over the ****, then drill a hole into my trunk so that i can adjust the rears without talking out the rear strut.

So far I like it. It's been raining the past 2 days so i haven't really push it. It's not a bad coilover for the price. Not sure how easy it is to adjust the height on other coilovers but you get a pretty good workout when you adjust these.

I wouldn't say that they're just rubber tubes. They're more like bicycle brake cables with two ***** at the end. The gold bell ends of the extenders attaches to the dampening **** of the shocks via allen screws. I didn't have to drill a hole on my coupe but I'm not sure about sedans, there's a hole in the trunk already but it's tight fit that makes the extenders turn almost a 90degree. It's easier to go through the trunk first rather than trying to find the hole from the wheel well. I'll try to take a installed picture tonight.

and yeah, adjusting the height is a pain. I usually end up loosening the bracket for the brake line and abs sensor wires for the front, and practically unbolt and rebolt the bucket arm for the rear.

^ appreciate the pic. I never really seen a good pic of one. Still thinking my rubber tube theory will work but we shall see.

Lucky the brake line and abs sensor is not in the way of adjusting the front for me. I've already adjusted like 4 times in 2 days, lol...
