Brake Dust!

Any cure for the g35 coupe brake dust?! I really need a cure for this!

Yes, there is a cure. https://g35driver.com/forums/search.php. It's only been discussed maybe 10,000 times, so you might have trouble finding anything useful.

Sorry dude. I'm new to this page. I'm sure its been discussed. And I have stock brake pads.

Brake pads are a compromise. You want better cold stopping ability, you get more dust. You want less dust, you sacrifice cold stopping ability. No free lunch with brake pads, I'm afraid.

^^^what you can do is put wheel wax ans sealant to help prevent the dust from baking into your rims.

It can be more corrosive to the clear coat finish on the wheels than the dust residue itself.

There are plenty of good pads out in the marketplace with a higher ceramic or organic + kevlar / lower metal in composition.

Such pads include Akebono ProAct or EBC Greenstuff. I have had excellent experience with Centric Posi Quiet Extended Wear Organics.

All pads produce dust.

It's simply that the lower metal content pads produce a very light tinted dust which easily wipes off the wheels.
