Hoping you can help enlighten me. I was under the impression that this was a direct swap. I purchased 05 springs for my 06 G35X, however my mechanic is telling me the front shocks are completely different. The current set up has a tube which it mounts to the contol arm on the bottom and the Z set up has a fork which a bolt goes through... What am I missing?? Thanks, -Dan

 

Tell your mechanic to just put the springs on the X struts. The front struts for the rwd z/g are way different than the X. But the springs will work.
