clunking from A-arm

Before i start, i have a 350z and my brother has a g35 stock.
The g35 had SPC A-arm on for couple of months. I don't know why but the right side of the arm made the clunking noise when driving on the road, not silky road.
Since he doesn't need the SPC arm anymore, i decided to use that on my 350z to combo with stance gr+. My car doesn't make the clunking noise with the SPC arm though..
Now the g35 has my stock A-arm and it makes the clunking sound even more on the right side. It's like a machine gun, clunk clunk clunk. With the SPC it was more like Clunk ....Clunk..
Everything was tighten down correctly although i think i tightened the A-arm, two bolts hold on to the arm, too tight. Uneventually the torque wrench doesn't fit there between the spring and the bolt. Could this be causing the problem?
The noise is not from the arm hitting the top wall cause it got stock suspension.
