Hi all, look forward to shock dampening tests and resulting ride report. That report will be in mid-late May.

That's a promise but you will have to wait.

The coilover thumb screws are still at 9/18 or 50%, (safely nowhere) as per the report.

When I get back to issue stage 2 of this report the 03 G35 sedan while be on Rear "true" coilover set-up, shouldered 19's, have Front &R camber arms, R toe arms, fender flanges rolled, rear fender lips pulled and 4 wheel alignment is planned to be in specification for an 03 SEDAN.

I've been delayed on the dampening tests because of the waiting parts for the listed sedan suspension/wheel/tire project. I've been busy with 2 other vehicles the past 3 weeks. Transmission on 4x4 SUV and a v-twin cruiser. I'm having plenty to do and fun while hard at it!

I've not even moved this 03 G35 sedan project car 100 miles since the my "pirates coilovers" report.

4D which way is stiffness adjustments I don't have any instructions just a diagram that says mdu. I'll have it slammed next week I'm putting on my brakes and suspension at the same time. What stiffness do you have yours on 4d and are you setup as a true coilover in back I think I am going to go that way.

Just out of curiosity. Why would the vender not be able to sell these to people who live in California?

I looked at the value that they claim shipping into the US and they only claimed $6 so they could save some cash shipping them in. That might have something to do with it.

actually there are a few sellers on ebay selling them for the g35..1 is simplycoilovers which sells for $680 and the other is racingfirst(the seller toro12 bought them from) for $450

and if you search for the 350z...another seller in australia comes up for almost $1000(and now learned about atleast 3 other sellers) then theres topspeed which sometimes sells these on ebay but most of the time they dont

I stand corrected. I forgot about simplycoilovers. Last I looked Racingfirst (where I got mine as well) and the simplycoilovers in Ca were the only two. But a quick look just turned up X-speed which look identical to mine. Along with Maxspeedrod in the UK.

I'm still really sketched out by how cheap they are. Waiting for some semi-long term results.
