What did I get myself into...? 18x9 +30 all around
In my head I though this was a great idea... Now I need to make it happen. I know the size isn't extreem, but it has me a little worried.

I need help devising a plan for my 04 Sedan 6mt. Does this seem logical -
1. Install Suspension, I have Z revised shock/springs (If this looks ridiculous with the wheels I'll save up for coilovers).
On stock suspension I have 10mm clearence on the inside of the wheel.

2. Mount tires on 18x9 +30 wheels. I have a set of 245/40/18 reo50a's, but I dont want to waste that rubber dialing everything in. Should I mount some spare sportcontact 2's 225/40/18's while I dial everything in. Is that a terrible idea?
3. Install wheels and get an alignment. From what I've read I should still be in spec. Would it still be a good idea to get a rear spc toe bolt and rear camber arms. Then if I go coilover's, front upper control arms.
At this point am I wrong to think that on 350z suspension I'd need more than a fender roll?

You should be fine with a fender roll and those wheels/tires.
Swap the suspension, drive around for a week or so, put the wheels and tires on then go get an alignment.
You should be able to get close to or within oem specs with those springs (except camber).

you're fine, i ran 19x9.5+22 barely any fender work required on the front. the rears were the pain (19x10.5+22), but at 18x9+30, i don't think you would even need a fender roll assuming you're going to run semi-stretched tires. as long as you aren't getting super fat tires you should be fine. just run some normal low profiles.

+ 30 is almost the same as factory...you have nothing to worry about those things will fit and actually be sunk in no where near as flush as the pic you posted...thats because the car is jacked up
Maybe I missed something but he said that this is going on his sedan, not a coupe.
According to an offset calculator these wheels will be pushed out 34mm more than the sedan sport 18's, and 40mm more than the standard 17's.

Correct, this is for a sedan and your math is right - 40mm. I'll have the suspension on this week, after it settles I'll install the wheels. I'm hoping my 245's fit and look "right" but I'll go 225's if need be.
