eibach springs installed and now weird clunking noise from front pass suspension
ok so i got a 06 g35 coupe with sport tuned suspension.. i installed Eibach pro kit springs and only the front passenger side suspension is making a weird popping/cluncking noise (sounds as if something was loose)when goin over bumps (not small ones) but if i duplicate it on the other side it don't make a sound at all.. i took it to the shop that installed it and they said everything was on correctly and torqued to specs.. so what could be the issue?
*no leaks on shocks*

Maybe your front passenger endlink? My rear endlinks wore out and whenever I went over speed bumps or the car swayed side to side over uneven pavement they would make a clunking noise. After they were replaced it was gone.
I'm sure someone with more experience will have other possibilities on what it could be.

more then likely it's probably the little bushing/bearing in your top hat. my car use to go click click click but that was because my wheel wasnt torqued down properly lol.
on a civic i did a install, i tried troubleshooting everything, then came to realize it was the top hat. my coilovers bags are like that too right now, the pillowball bearing is making noise.

Alright went to my friends shop had him lift the car up. He checked everything out and when moving the rear stabilizer bar we heard the clunking noise coming from the endlinks so most likely that is the cause of the problem... haven't swapped them out yet but when I do I will post an update

I had same problem on my 07'. Went to dealer this morning, by 2pm they had replaced the end link and control arm (rod). It's like brand new, so quiet. My car only has 37k, hope I'm not back again after warranty. Wonder if this is covered by drivetrain warranty for 2 more years. Dealer was awesome about it, although I had to take them for a spin to convince them.
