Creaking/Groaning Sound in rear

Hey guys,

I had Z1 install 07 coupe springs, rear sway, and tokico HP's around 6 months ago. At low speeds while turning (and jacking up the car) I'm hearing a groaning. It sounds like its coming from the springs themselves but I cant pinpoint the noise. I've purchased the revised endlinks but havent installed yet so maybe the Hotchkis sway is putting too much pressure on the endlinks? BTW this is an 03 sedan with 105k miles. I've attached a video. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Just to reply if anyone has this problem - changed out the revised endlinks, greased up the sway bushings, misc bolts, and spring seating. the sound is gone for now.
