SPC Front Arm Camber Adjustment
SPC Front Arm Camber Adjustment
Hello,
So I went to get an alignment done today and the mechanic says he can't adjust my front camber due to the limited space between tire and fender (I'm lowered pretty good in the front) am I ever going to be able to put my camber kit in the front to use or am I doomed to -3 camber in the front?

Mechanic sounds lazy. Not sure of your setup but can you post a pic of how much room there is between the tire and fender when the suspension is uncompressed. I have the Tanabe coils and I can access the A-arm when on a lift.
If they aren't willing to take off the tire to gain full access to the a-arm, take it to another place who will take the time to get your specs right. You really need to have an in-ground jack or an independent car jack/hoist where the suspension can be decompressed, that way you can take off the wheel to get to the adjustment point and freely move around.
I drove over 80 miles one way to get my alignment done by Henry at Temple City Auto. People at this type of place have this kind of jack:

So that you can take off the tire, adjust, put back on, compress the suspension and get your alignment specs. - That's what you're looking for, and most importantly someone who is willing to take the time.
In short, yes, you can get your front camber back in spec, just find the right place that is knowledgeable/willing to take the time to get it right.
