370Z Suspension on G35 05 Sedan?

Will the OEM springs, shocks, and struts from a 370z fit, with no issues, on a 2005 G35 Sedan? I could not find any answers searching the forum, but I did try cross-referencing 350z and 370z replacement aftermarket suspension parts under TireRack. The replacements for each model are different so it leads me to believe that the 370z parts would not fit. Can anyone please confirm this?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, I know it’s a crazy old thread. I actually used the search function and since there weren't any responses, I figured I’d just use this one instead of starting another.

In my search for 350Z springs for my 2005 G35 Sedan, I ran across a cheap set of 370Z springs. Anyone know if they will work on a G35 sedan?
