I have a weird brakes issue
I switched over to my summer stock rims
and the brake pedal is first uber stiff then goes almost normal
the vehicle stability control isnt working either but no idiot lights
(the system is not turned off by me)

any ideas or what to check ?
if i shut off the stability control the light shows its off
