Need suggestions on starting point for suspension track setup

Hi fellas! I know the settings are VERY likely to change once I get to the track but I'd still like your suggestions on how to setup my suspension for track (solo type) events. My car is a 2005 coupe with sports suspension. Starting from the top:
1. Stillen strut bars front and rear
2. Tokico DSP-7 adjustables on all four corners
3. Hotchkis adjustable sways
4. ALL bushings front and rear are Energy Suspension polyu including subframe and differential kits.
5. 19" rays: Running rear 8.5" front with 275/35/19 - The fronts were widened to 10.5" and I'm running 305/30/19 with 25mm spacers. Tires are Hankook V12's.

The car has more mods but these are what pertain to traction.

My questions are about how to set up my sways, shocks, and tire pressure. I was planning to start with tire pressure about 30psi. I've been told by a friend who has experience tracking 350Z's that his best results come from having his sways as loose as possible in the rear and as tight as possible in the front. He says this allows him to stay planted in the rear and to be able to get on the power sooner coming out of turns. My concern is I don't have adjustable end links and I believe setting my sways as he suggests might cause preload or afterload. I don't know if that really matters. As far as the shocks, the Tokico manual has suggestions but I'd like to hear from anyone here if they have had any experience with these. Thanks.

Ok, then! I really tried searching but, when I search for suspension setup or track setup all I get is tons of threads from people asking what equipment to purchase for their car. If no one can/wants to respond, can you please point me in the direction of a thread/site/book that would get me the necessary information?
