Quick Q: Can you raise/lower coilovers from inside the car?
Quick Question:
If I put on coilovers, is there some kind of electronic gadget that you can install, where you can just press a button from inside the car and it will raise or lower the height and/or stiffness?
(or is that only available on bags?)
thanks!

Yeah. You can. But the coilovers have to be surrounded by an airride system (bags) and it has to be installed.
That's the @$$hole answer.
The less confusing yet equally as accurate answer is no. Coilovers are adjusted on the actual coil/strut part. On our cars, you've got an option of OEM style or True style. The front is identical in all setups. You will have a spring over the strut (coil over...literally). However, the difference comes in the rear. In an OEM style setup, our spring sits in its own perch, seperate from the strut. In a TRUE design, the rear is identical to the front by where the spring sits over the strut (wraps around).
Here's a pic of true style
As you can see, directly under the coil part are locking pins. That is how you adjust them and that is why you can not adjust them from inside the cabin.
