He explained if anyone performs an alignment on my car without doing this, they are wasting their time. So $210 Alignment and Camber Adj. and I get a loaner car (& possible car wash) free of charge.
He is blowing smoke up your ass. Every single G from the factory is properly aligned without drilling out the adjustment holes. If you are not lowered, then it is a complete waste of time. If they try to tell you they cannot properly align your car without doing it, then they obviously cannot do their job properly.

Just go to the Nissan dealer. Alignment is all you need.

Lots of BS going on from that dealer. From the factory G's have no camber adjustment up front and minimal camber adjustment out back. Our cars are aligned aggressively so they handle better which does cause some premature tire wear but nothing earthshaking. A lot of people that lower their cars add adjustable camber arms front and rear and enlongate the toe bolt holes in the rear and add special toe bolts to give more adjustment out back. Toe up front is adjusted by the tie rod ends. You need to run, not walk, away from that dealer and find a local performance shop that works on Nissan and Infiniti vehicles to have your car treated properly. Or take it to your local Nissan dealer and laugh all the way to the bank.

When I bought my car last month, I took it to a local shop down the street from my home. The alignment was $50 bucks and 20 minutes of my time.

That dealer is seriously on something crazy.

Tell the fini dealer you can drill deezzz...

They do however seem to be knowledgeable, might want to keep them on hand. But they did try to gain extra work out of you.

Same old Infiniti "Stealership" issues we've heard for years.

Your first mistake is going to the dealerships to have tires installed! Unless you're buying tires from www.thetirerack at wholesale prices find a independent tire store in your neighborhood to buy from. They'll charge more than the tire rack but install should be free and won't charge to fix flats. Only go to Infiniti for warranty work, nothing else! Need service, Nissan is always 30% less than the stealership!

I purchased tires from Tirerack and had Infiniti install Cost me $104 to have all 4 tires installed at the Dealer, which surprisingly was cheaper than any other Tirerack authorized installer near my area.

Drilling holes does sound sketchy. Again, I'm not sure if my car is lowered or has any aftermarket suspension parts (if that would make any difference). I called a different dealer in Greensboro (someone suggested) and they explained that they have never had to drill to perform an alignment and that camber, caster, & toe adjustments should be one charge. FYI: I do have the sports suspension packaged GCoupe. I did some internet snooping and I found a forum were E90 (Bmw 3 series sedan) had to have drilling done for an alignment. Check it out http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=358576

Wait wait drilling is to gain extra toe not camber, at least with aftermarket camber kits. I've rarely heard of drilling and installing larger camber cam bolts. Even after I lowered my G, I didnt have to drill and use the enlarged cam toe bolt. Once u buy adj camber arms, that should be it unless u have a huge drop.

Paying $40= each to mount/balance a tire is beyond reasonable! Search for a brake/alignment shop that also sells tires, then you won't need to go any where else....ever! Ask the guy at your auto parts store who he recommends, every neighborhood has at least one! (I'm lucky to have 3)

I get what everyone is saying. I believe my G is stock height, I could be wrong. I will take some pictures of the ride height and suspension components and post them tomorrow morning.
