Import Car Shop in Portland for suspension?

Any one know of a good import shop in Portland OR that would have wrenches for coil covers on hand to raise my car up? Just moved from Cali and left my wrenches there and need to raise my car up ASAP. The only place i've seen is Pre racing. Any advice would be great thanks!

TrackForged is the first place that I'd consider. I know the guys and have had work done by them before.

I lost my respect for VIP Performance when I took my old B16 Civic to have cams put in and they didn't use the gasket that I provided for the valve cover; instead they just tucked it under the passenger seat and used that stuff in a tube.

PRE seems to specialize in other makes (Subaru and Mitsubishi I believe and maybe drift cars).

There's Intec Racing in Kent, WA which I haven't been to yet but I know they're VERY knowledgeable when it comes to VQs. They specialize in Gs and Zs. To be honest I'd take my car there for any major work/mods, but it's like 3/4 the way to Seattle from Portland so yeah... But, as mentioned before, they're very knowledgeable about our cars.

Speed Concept is in Hillsboro (30-40 minutes away). They're not very professional and are very shady but they're the only local shop that I can think of that has a HUGE supply of parts and accessories in stock.

We should really set up a local meet or something. We can grab a drink, meet up and attend the Red Door Meet or Cars and Coffee, or just BS. There are a few of us G owners in Portland but we never seem to be able to organize anything.

Look up the thread titled "Portland Roll Call" and introduce yourself there. Maybe we could set something up. Of the Driver members I've only ever met two or three of them in person once or twice.

Tried that many times in the past... no one ever comes out. Biggest meet we could ever get was 4 cars

I'm down to roll out, just met another guy today from Vancouver with a clean 04 coupe who would most likely come as well

I'm free on most weeknights and on the weekends. Just gotta get something set up. According to this other guy on here or on the NW FB group there's a weekly Z/G meet every week in Hillsboro.

Yeah it is. Maybe we could set something up in Portland since most people are used to coming here for events anyway

What events are you talking about? I go to grad school in Corvallis so I'm only in Portland every once in awhile. Would like to see how you guys roll in Oregon since I'm only here for a year.

There's this meet up at Crown Point on Fridays (which sucked the last and only time that I had attended. I also believe there's a weekly meet on Fridays held by a group called Fresh Society by IKEA sometime in the evening. And then there's the Red Door Meet in downtown Portland every Sunday night. I've only attended once and it was a good turnout.

However meets are usually boring when you go alone (or with your wife). It'd be cool to roll through to the RDM with other Gs.

Other than that the "scene" here seems to have gone downhill over the last couple of years, to me anyway. That's why I'm usually always down to meet up.
