Question about control arms

There isn't too much information on the forum about control arms. When I get off my drive way or go up the front control arms make that metal clanking sound. From my understanding to fix that all I need to do is change the LCA inner bushings with like whiteline? And that controls arms don't go bad or need to be changed like as a maintenance. Sorry I'm terrible with suspension stuff

You need to spend some time in the suspension section reading. Much love for control arms over there as they have been discussed 1000's of times.
