Hello everyone, i have a bizzare problem. I lift the front wheels and spin them with my hand ,driver side no problem but My front passenger wheel is difficult to turn when i tighten the wheel lugs.you need a lot of power with your hands to turn. It won't spin freely. Now here is where it gets weird.Once you loosen the lugs slightly it spins freely.Any clues to why this happens?

 

Probably a warped rotor. Are the pads worn evenly?

 

I changed the pads recently and the old ones where used evenly.Wouldn't you feel a pulsation on your foot if the rotor was warped?

 

^Yes. Might be a sticking caliper too.

 

UPDATE: Problem was the Brembo caliper, brake pads were not moving freely due to the corrosion.Took it out cleaned the corrosion replaced all screws and straightened metal plates on each side of the pads. Working great.
