Confirmation of creak - compression rod or sway bar?

I suspect this to be my compression rod or sway bar? Can anyone confirm? This is my 07 G35 sedan sport. Happens in hot weather so it has been difficult to replicate when I’ve had time to bring it in to my mechanic. Any help is appreciated.

I usually unbolt the strut from the top, the upper ball joint from the steering knuckle, then you can work everything independently. Helps to put a small floor jack under the compression arm at the steering knuckle to get the strut back up into place, use one hand to line up the holes and the second hand pumps the jack since it's like 50-60# worth of equipment.
