Stripped suspension bolt in a bad spot
Is that right next to the catalytic converter? If it's the"wing" brace, worst case would be to hack up the brace to get to the bolt. Would be pricey. I think a new one is about $400, but there's a used one on ebay from an '05 coupe for $125 right now.
That doesn't look like a bolt, definitely looks like a rivet. However I think it's SUPPOSED to be a bolt so what I assume happened is someone F'd the threads in the past and used a rivet to hold it in place.
EDIT: I would drill it out, once you get through the rivet face it will pop right off, then you can push the rest of the rivet up into the chassis and leave it, then you can fix the threads by tapping it out a size larger.
