Brakes Brakes: Do I have 1-piston or 4?

I have a 2004 G35 6MT sedan. My front-passenger brake is stuck and I want to replace the calipers, rotors and pads. When I search for the parts I see different parts for 1-piston and 4-pistons. How can I tell which one I have?

You can also just look at the caliper and count the pistons, it's pretty obvious where they are at due to the large bulges in the casting.

The Brembo's are very large and gold colored.

Also, moving this thread to the V35 brakes subforum so it's not getting confused for the 2007-2008 V36 sedan where you originally posted.
