Hey all, I had a question. I have a 2007 G35x Sedan and I need to do a brake job on it. My buddy is a mechanic, so he told me to just get the parts and he'll take care of it.
Can anyone recommend a good brake system (rotors, pads) that will perform nicely on my car?
I want cross drilled rotors, but other than that, I have no specifics. I just want good brake parts without breaking the bank (no Brembo!).
Any thoughts? Would just getting the stock brake parts be ok? I got this car used and I never really was impressed with the brakes on it now. Is it possible they just were used too hard by the last person and the stock brakes are pretty good when new?
