2008 G35 RWD Suspension Replacement Advice?

I'm looking for some advice as my front struts are feeling very worn out. I've got nearly 180K on the car and the struts have never been replaced and I'm looking to restore the original ride quality.

Currently looking at installing these two items:
Front: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...pt=15174&jsn=4
Rear: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...&pt=7556&jsn=3

I know I should replace both left and right sides at the same time. But is it necessary to replace front and rears at the same time?

Should I replace the coils in the rear at the same time as the struts?

Also are there any smaller parts I should replace at the same time?

Any feedback or advice is appreciated! Thanks!

You can get away with doing only shocks in rear. Both sides for sure.
