Are those new products? I did not know brembo made direct drilled and slotted OEM replacements. Either drilled or slotted is what I've seen. Some companies have slotted and drilled them on their own using brembo blanks. Can you post more info where you got them?

Regardless, they will look awesome!

sure....got them from www.brakeworld.com and they were about $900 all together (with shipping). Not sure if I am going to install them myself...are they hard to do? I'll try to do them myself, but if I cant, i'll check to see how much it will be for the dealer to do them. I can now check these off my list--all thats left are rims, exhaust and lowering.

ok, now that I got new rotors i think i am going to get all new rims. I was looking on tirerack.com, but do you guys have any ideas as to what i should get? I have the 18 stocks right now, so i think i should stick with that size (so I dont have to replace the tires), but I am stumped as to what rims to buy. I like the SSR GT10's, as well as the ASA ST4's, and the ST4's are a lot cheaper. Are the ASA's any good? Do you guys recommend any other rims? I know this is all opinionated, but any advice would be good.

I just bought a full set of cross drilled and slotted for 380.00 shipped. I put them up next to the stock Brembo's and they were pretty much the same. The Veins looked the same.

Ok scratch that post about the rims...I think I am just going to wait until i need new tires (I have pilot sports with bout 10k miles on them), that way I can get 19" rims and not waste the tires. Now...what rims should i get when i hit that mile mark...

Hockey, the rotor replacement for the brembo system is ridiculously a PITA. I had my stock brembo rotors replaced with slotted ones. Definitely a two person job. My local Infiniti dealership quoted me $300. I'd recommend finding a performance shop instead. Try to get them to do $150-180. But if you want to do it yourself, get a friend to help you.

Put the car up on jack stands. Disengage the e-brake. You will need to completely remove the calipers. You will see big azz bolts behind the calipers. You will probably need a breaker bar. Lift the caliper up off the rotor. Have your friend hold it, or you can disconnect it from the brake line. Once the caliper is out of the way, you can remove the rotor. My fronts came off pretty easily, but the rear ones were jammed in there from rust. Give it a few good wacks with a rubber mallet. You will see the caked on rust start to flake off. Clean the "hubs" the rotor mounts onto with brakekleen. Once you put the new rotors on, bolt the calipers back on. If you disconnected the caliper from the brake line, you will need to bleed the brakes. The service manual says to bleed the brakes regardless if you are replacing the brembo rotors.

You may need to bleed the brakes again after a drive. Sometimes air gets trapped in the ABS system. Oh yeah... you will make a huge mess. :P
