Need quick advice re winter tire size!?!? Help!!

I need advice asap. I ordered Dunlop M3's through my local discount tire store after they agreed to match TireRack's price. They ordered 225/50/17's all around on the stock 17 inch rims. Please do not comment on the issue of having no stagger. I have researched that issue and I am comfortable about my choice. My issue is this:

I thought they were going to order 225/55/17 all the way around. Any opinion on the handling/other difference between what they ordered and what I thought they ordered?

You would be hard pressed to tell any difference between the two sizes. I have run no-stagger for two winters now, no problem. The slip light does tend to come on going around a corner, even when there is almost no slippage though.

Since you are in Denver, I'll believe you. Thanks for replying. What size/type of tire are you running?
