My current setup is the stock 05 6mt coupe sport suspension.
I want to lower the car (~1” front and ~.5" rear) with only a slight increase in stiffness...To those who have the Tein CS installed, what is your daily/spirited driving setup?
What about that rear noise, is everyone else having it too?

I've had the Tein CS installed on my 04 6MT w/stock 18's for about 7 weeks now. I'm quite happy with comfort and use for daily driving.
I pretty much had it set to the reference figures (F:1.1/R:0.75), I think the appearance looks great, especially with stock wheels for now. I have the rebound/dampening set approx. in the middle and the ride is only slightly stiffer than stock. If your looking to make it exactly like a stock ride, I think it's possible if you play with the settings even more.
After the alignment sources tell me I'm ok to without a camber kit etc, however I'll see how my tires do after more driving.
Now the only issue is the rear noise, it seems to make alot more noise compared to when I 1st had it installed. It use to only make a slight rattle noises, now I'm hearing squeeks in the rear too, however this maybe because the weather is colder now? Keep in mind this is only when driving over uneven surfaces or speed bumps. I've been told w/coilovers always expect to hear noises, it's part of the setbacks for this setup.
Hope this helps...
