Brake related lights on dash gauge cluster

My ABS Light, the Slip light and the VDC light are all on and won't switch off when the car is running. I've tried turning off the car and turning it on several times and it doesn't help. I've tried switching the VDC off and on several times and it doesn't do anything either. The red brake light (red exclamation mark) indicator is not on just to confirm.

This happened after I stepped on the gas with the VDC switched off to get out of a snowed in parking lot. I needed some wheel spin to get the car going.

I recently had the brake pads changed on all four wheels.

Any feedback would be welcomed.

Thanks

I had the identical problem this morning. My brakes probably need replaced so I'm assuming that's my issue.

so.... dealership says theres nothing wrong with my brakes, the abs , vdc, and slip light go on any time you take of traction in order to burn through some snow ...... from my understanding infiniti replaces the breaks any time they wear down before 35k miles?, the first couple months i had my 04 sedan they would replace my pads basically without me even having to ask ... now i have horrible squeaking from time to time and ive been told my brakes are fine....

any ideas on how i can get the dealership to replace my brakes before 35k?, (im at 29k now)
